Traction Collective 1.2.5 Crack is a subtractive synth with the usual oscillators, filters, LFOs, and envelope generators. Along with this traditional subtractive formula, some features increase its potential. Modern software-based subtractive synthesizers are often inspired by, if not directly modelled on, the classic hardware of the past. But there is another category of sub synth that focuses on entirely new variations on the traditional subtractive theme. Traction Collective is a good example. Previously available only as part of Traction Waveform Pro, it can now be yours as a plug-in instrument.

Traction Collective 1.2.5 Crack Instruments are made up of one or more sounds organized into sound layers, which are listed on the left of the plug-in window. Each layer is a complete instance of Traction’s Action synth engine and has four oscillators, two filters, four LFOs, and four envelope generators. There’s also a fairly elaborate (and a bit arcane) trigger system that uses logical statements to decide whether or not sounds will trigger in response to incoming note messages.
